Do you want to reduce the cost of supporting your WordPress plugin, SaaS or Mac application? Good documentation is the key!
I have found that short “do this, click there, do that” videos are ideal for explaining how to use your software.
Combined with written documentation explaining why the steps shown lead to each goal, you have documentation that will save you a lot of time in customer support.
All video tutorials I create are captioned with closed captions. This benefits anyone who can’t hear or can’t turn on the sound wherever they are. Also, videos posted on YouTube that have closed captions are indexed by Google. This is another benefit of captions.
A vastly underestimated number of people live with a cognitive disorder such as ADHD, dyslexia, or autism. Therefore, my video tutorials do not contain extreme zooming or background music.
The “Pick a date” link below takes you to my Calendly page. If you have issues scheduling there, please send me an E-mail. You will find the address on my contact page.
It is important that your application can be used with keyboard navigation and a screen reader and that it respects the rules for sufficient colour contrast. I will be happy to advise you and your team to make the application accessible first.
Costs depend on the size of the project. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
